Dartmouth Fort, Janu[ary and Fe]bruary, 1775

Harrdey Saudners, North Carolina, a wife 4 sons & 1 Daughter from 12 to 1 year old, 1 indented servant [?] slaves. [?] acres on the Beaver Dam Creek on both sides of the South Fork of Broad River, including the Beaver Dam at an old Indian Camp about 4 miles above the mouth of said Creek: £15:?:?.

Thomas Wootten, See Page 15. Desires to remove his entry of 200 acres, which he resigns, for 200 acres on the Beaver Dam Creek on the South fork of the River Dart, adjoining Lands ordered Hardy Saunders on the River side: T. W. £20:0:0, £12:6.

James Grey, Cherokee, a wife & one child a boy 7 years old. 100 acres adjoining Dread Pace's Land on the lower side of Wawhatchee Creek: T. W. £14:8:6, £12:6.

William Whealy, See Page 20. Desires to remove his entry of 100 acres which he has resigned, for 100 acres above the mouth of Long Creek, No. side in the Fork.

Israel Pickens, South Carolina, a wife & 1 son & 2 Daughters from 4 to 1 year old. 100 acres on Savannah River opposite Indian Boundary Line in South Carolina, a mile above Sarah's Creek: £2:10:?, Reserve till next court.

John Pullum, Do. a wife 1 son 1 Dautr. from 1 to 3 years old & 3 slaves. 200 acres on the Beaver Damm Creek, whereon one of the 12 mile lines crosses: £14:8:6, £12:6.

Jacob McClendon Junr., No. Carolina, a wife & 1 slave. 100 acres on Mitchel's Creek a branch of fishing Creek, including Mitchel's improvement: £5:0:0, £12:6.

Isaac McClendon, No. Carolina, a wife & 4 slaves. 300 acres on fishing creek at Hooper's Spring, including the improvement: £5:15:0, Jacob McClendon Sr. security for balance of £15:12:6.
