William Daniel, applied for 200 acres upon Reedy Creek about 2 miles above Joel Phillips's; not granted, the petitioner having taken up about 300 acres in Wrightsborough township, but as he declares that he took it up merely through necessetty till the Ceeded Lands were opened; we reserve it for future consideration.

John Coleman, Virginia, a wife, 4 sons & 2 daughters from the ages of 12 to 1 years & 14. 600 acres South side Broad River at a place called Rutledge's Spring, beginning at ye mouth of the first running branch above long Creek, to run upward, and 400 acres North side Broad River at a Camp and field whereon Lewis Clark is settled, on a bend of the river, these tracts is opposite each other: Reserved for 12 months on his obligation, £20:0:0, Jacob Colson, So.
