William Downs, a wife, 2 sons & 3 daughters between 8 years & 6 months old & one negro. 350 acres North side of Little River called Macklemurray's old fields, including Williams' Camp: Immediate Settlement, £35:0:0, to be charged to him on account surveys.

James Cook, North Carolina, Mecklenburg county, a wife, 2 sons, 2 daughters & a granddaughter from the ages of 19 to 3 years & 2 negroes. 200 acres on the North side of Little River, including Frederick Stump's improvement in the fork of the Beaver Dam: Immediate Settlement, £20:0:0, to be charged in account, Mr. Thos. Chisolm's chain bearers.

John Cox, no family, South Carolina. 100 acres on the Upper Trading Path where it crosses Ogeechee: I.M. £2:0:0, Paid E.B. 12 Jan 1774.

James Bishop, South Carolina, wife, 2 sons, 1 daughter from 7 years to 3 months old. 100 acres on a branch of Long Creek abt. A mile below Lands allotted Stephen Bishop, about 2 miles above the trading Path: Reserve, £2:0:0, To be charged him on account of attending the Commissioners.

Thomas Williams, North Carolina, a wife, no other family. 150 acres on Ogeechee River about a mile below the mouth of Poplar or Camp Creek: Do., £3:3:0.

John Thompson, Do., a wife, 2 sons & 2 daughters, from 6 years to 15 months old. 100 acres No. side Little River on Fulsum's Camp Bd. The lower side, including R. Phillips Camp: Do., £2:0:0. Resigned.

Drury Rogers, see his family in Page 6, said land he now resigns. 300 acres on Ogeechee, below the mouths of Poplar Land or Camp Creeks: Do., £6, deduct £2 paid on former tract page, £4:0:0.

Hugh Wilson, from North Carolina, a wife, 2 sons & 4 daughters from the ages of 10 to 1 years. 200 acres between Upton's Creek an Rockey Creek, including some trees he deadened there the last spring: Reserve 3 Mos., £4:0:0, Jno. West security.

John Willson, a wife, son & 1 daughter from 3 years to 8 months old. 150 acres adjoining the above, to include a spring of Upton's Creek: Do., £3:0:0, He has not signed the agreement.

John Hightower & his wife, North Carolina, 100 acres on Ogeechee above the mouth of Red Lick Creek about a mile above its upper side, the 1st Branch: Do., £2:0:0.

Alexander Miller, North Carolina, his wife a daughter & no other family. 200 acres upon Upton's Creek below the Welch Road on the 1st Branch on the No. side about 3 Miles from Savannah River: Do. £4:0:0.

Thomas Castellaw, So. Carolina, a wife, 1 son & 7 daughters from 16 years to 5 years old, and 12 negroes. 250 acres on Red Lick Creek adjoining or near lands allotted for Cader Powell: Do., Cash £2:0:0, Moses Powell Security. [£3:0:0, £5:0:0].

John Low, no family, from the Jersies, 100 acres at the mouth of No. Fork of the 3 upper forks of fishing Creek where is a pine marked I.L. & figur 3: [£2:0:0].

Phenis Mendinghall, a wife, 3 sons & 2 daughters from 10 years to 1 ½ years old. 400 acres on Ready Creek South side Little River, including Miller's Camp: Do., I.M. £8:0:0.

Jehu Wickersham, No. Carolina, a wife & daughter. 200 acres on Reedy Creek South Side Little River, above Phenis Mendinghall Including Miller's Upper Camp: Do., Cash pd. £2:0:0, I.M. £2:0:0, £4:0:0.

Thomas Harford, No. Carolina, a wife, 2 sons & 1 daughter from 13 to 3 years. 150 acres North side Little River about a mile from the mouth of Gray's creek to include Gray's old place: Immdt. Settlmt., £4:0:0, Philip Young's note £2:0:0, Cash £2:0:0, on his producing a character.
